Tarylem provides cloud-based tools and infrastructure to empower individuals and developers. These Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Account authentication and identity management.

• File storage and synchronization (Atmos).

• Data collection and form management (Tarylem Forms).

• Developer APIs, documentation, and integrations.

Your use of the Services signifies your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Tarylem Services. If you access our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must create a Tarylem account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Accept full responsibility for all activity under your account.

Tarylem is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services in any way that could:

• Compromise system integrity or security.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology provided through Tarylem — including logos, trademarks, and user interfaces — are the exclusive property of Tarylem and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without prior written consent.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload, create, or submit through Tarylem Services (“User Content”). By submitting or storing User Content, you grant Tarylem a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display the content solely to provide the Services.

Tarylem does not claim ownership over your data and does not use your content for advertising or resale.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

7. Service Availability and Maintenance

Tarylem strives to maintain a high level of service uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. Service interruptions will be communicated via status.tarylem.com.

Tarylem is not liable for any downtime, data loss, or delay arising from maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Termination

You may terminate your Tarylem account at any time through your account settings. Tarylem may suspend or terminate access to your account if:

• You breach these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

• Required by law or security concerns.

• The account remains inactive for extended periods.

Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately, and we may delete your associated data after a retention period defined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Tarylem disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

• Non-infringement of intellectual property.

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

Use of the Services is at your sole risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tarylem shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

• Service interruptions or security incidents beyond our reasonable control.

Tarylem's total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for using the Services within the previous twelve months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tarylem, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services;
