What these terms cover

These terms apply to tarylem.com, Tarylem accounts, the portal, Atmos, Forms, Feedback, and the status page. They are offered by the person named in the legal notice. Dash World and its Demonlist have their own terms. By creating an account or using these services, you accept these terms.

Your account

• You must be old enough to accept these terms where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
• Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in the portal.

Linking a Roblox account

Linking is optional. If you link a Roblox account, you sign in with Roblox and we receive your Roblox user ID, username, display name, and avatar. We never see your Roblox password. A Roblox account can be linked to one Tarylem account at a time, and you can unlink it at any time in the portal. Your use of Roblox stays subject to the terms of Roblox. Tarylem is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation.

Your content

Files, forms, and answers you add stay yours. You allow us to store, process, and show them only as far as needed to run the services, for example to show a shared file or a form to the people you give the link to. You are responsible for what you upload and share, and for having the right to do so.

Posting on Feedback

Feedback is public. Your posts and comments show your name to everyone: your Tarylem account name, or your Roblox name and avatar if you've linked Roblox. Moderators check new posts and can remove anything that breaks these terms. Don't share personal information about yourself or anyone else. If you delete your account, your posts and comments stay, shown as written by a deleted user.

What you must not do

• Upload or share anything illegal, or anything that infringes the rights of others.
• Harass, threaten, or deceive people, including using forms to collect passwords or payment details.
• Spread malware, send spam, or attack, overload, or try to break into the services.
• Get around limits such as storage limits, invitations, or account suspensions.

Availability

The services are free of charge and we may change or end them. We work to keep them running and your data safe, but we do not promise that they will always be available or that data can never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything important. Atmos is invite only and comes with storage limits.

Suspension and removal

We may remove content or suspend or close an account if it breaks these terms or the law, or puts the services or other people at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.

Liability

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and wherever mandatory law requires it, such as under the German Product Liability Act. Otherwise we are not liable, because the services are free of charge.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, and we will tell you about important changes by email or in the services before they apply.

Governing law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
